I’m not exactly Nigella in the kitchen but I do enjoy cooking, and before I went off to university (which was a while ago now) my mum told me I should learn one good recipe which I could cook for my friends when they came over – risotto.
I called this blog Munch & Brunch, and I’ve realised that so far I’ve written very little about brunch…whoops!
Pizza is one of my all time favourite foods, last year I gave it up for a whole 365 days and it was incredibly tough.
Mexican…mmmm. Just the thought of Mexican food makes me salivate. There is nothing I love more than meat, cheese, avocado, rice and beans in some form of wrap/taco/tortilla.
